For the home side, there were 12 fours in Wharmby's 86, 8 fours in Bocquet's 64 and 1 five and 8 fours in Leventhorpe's 60 not out. In the Bedfordshire innings, Wharmby and Rogers put on 129 runs for the first wicket, and Leventhorpe and Saunders put on 51 runs for the tenth wicket.
