Wiltshire won this return game at 5.05 pm on the second day by an innings and 33 runs, after enforcing the follow on.
They thus completed the double over Devon, having won when the two teams met the week before at Trowbridge.
For the winners Smart took 11 wickets in the match for 202 runs.
The 202 runs conceded equalled the record for the Championship by L Parbury for Bedfordshire against Oxfordshire at Luton earlier in the day.
