Cricket Australia has assured that its team would take part in the Champions Trophy to be held in India in October-November.

Mumbais Brabourne Stadium will host five matches, including the final, in the eight-nation Champions Trophy to be played between October 7 and November 5.
Cricket Australia chief Creagh O'Connor said in his e-mail to BCCI President Sharad Pawar: "Many of us in Australian cricket have close ties with and fond memories of times we have spent in Mumbai and friends we have made in that special city. All of us were deeply shocked to hear the tragic news."
While pointing out that cricket was a sport that transcended national, political and cultural boundaries, OConnor assured him that the Australian team would participate in the Champions Trophy.
BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah said the Zimbabwe Cricket Board has also expressed its condolences through a letter to BCCI president Sharad Pawar.LATEST SCORES
